You can cancel your chatr mobile account in two ways: by transferring your number to another provider or leaving your account inactive. Once cancelled, your sim won't work anymore and your old phone number won't be available. To reactivate service, you'll need a new sim and phone number.

Your account becomes inactive if your account balance remains at less than the amount of the monthly service fee for your plan.
