On the my lessons page, choose 'cancel' or 'reschedule' for any individual lesson. Choose 'cancel weekly lessons' to remove automatic scheduling. If you need to cancel lessons that were already scheduled, you will need to cancel them one by one separately.

Once you cancel your subscription, it won't renew in the renewal date. After you cancel, you can still take the remaining and scheduled lessons.

If you cancel outside of the cancellation window, you will be charged for the lesson. Your tutor can reschedule or cancel lessons after the scheduled start time without charging you. You can contact your tutor to discuss late rescheduling or cancellation.
