Puedes solicitar facilmente la baja antes de que finalice tu contrato a traves de mi basic-fit. Recibiras un correo electronico de confirmacion y podras seguir disfrutando de tu suscripcion. Atencion: si la fecha de finalizacion del contrato ya ha pasado, ya no es posible anular la cancelacion.

Si no puedes acudir al gimnasio durante un periodo, puedes congelar tu membresia anadiendo un periodo de inactividad directamente desde la app mcfit o desde el autoservicio (area self) . Recuerda solicitar el periodo de inactividad antes de que finalice este mes si quieres pausar tu membresia para el mes proximo.
