In some cases, a customer number is necessary to complete the cancelation. Your customer number can usually be found on an invoice or in an online account environment.

In principle, you can cancel any subscription whenever you want. However, you do need to take the notice period into account. The notice period can differ per organisation. During the notice period, payments still take place.

When you cancel your subscription with Xpendy, you don’t have to write a cancelation letter; we have already done that for you. However, we do ask you to fill in your address, name and – in some cases – your customer number, so we can include this in the letter.
