How do I draft a cancellation letter?

When you cancel your subscription with Xpendy, you don’t have to write a cancellation letter; we have already done that for you. However, we do ask you to fill in your address, name and – in some cases – your customer number, so we can include this in the letter.

Why is it not possible to download the cancellation letter?
