When you cancel your subscription with Xpendy, you don’t have to write a cancellation letter; we have already done that for you. However, we do ask you to fill in your address, name and – in some cases – your customer number, so we can include this in the letter.
It may be that you are unable to download the cancellation letter because you do not have (the most recent version of) Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download the most recent version here. After you have completed your cancellation and payment, we go to work for you behind the scenes. We print your letter, pack it up and send it to the relevant organisation by registered post.
