Go to the list of sierra club lists, and click on your list's name, then click on "join or leave the list". From this page, you can select digest and mail options. If you are subscribed to many lists, you can use the subscriber's corner and change the options for all of your lists at once.
From the my account dashboard, scroll down under manage my account and click on contact information and password. From there you can edit your information. Once done, scroll down and click the save changes button. From here you can also update your phone number and postal address.
