To cancel your Cove Security subscription, you have a couple of options. You can reach out by texting or calling (877) 456-Cove during their customer service hours (Monday to Friday, -ET), or you can simply fill out the cancellation form on the Cove Security website. This process allows you to easily manage your subscription directly on their platform. Keep in mind that cancellation through Xpendy is also possible, but it may come with additional costs.
To cancel your Cove Security service, visit their website and follow the cancellation instructions provided. Typically, you would need to submit a written letter for cancellation. Ensure to use a signature confirmation for proof of receipt. Saving a copy of the letter before sending is advisable. Remember, cancellation can also be arranged through Xpendy, although this option incurs additional costs.
Cove will provide a complete refund of service and equipment charges, as long as you notify us no later than sixty (60) days following your date of purchase (the “60-day refund period”). You must also ship the product(s) you want to return to us no later than (the "60-day refund period").
