Membership termination. To terminate your wework all access membership at the end of the commitment term, you must provide us at least five (5) days' notice prior to the last day of your commitment term specified in the membership details form.

To cancel a WeWork room, simply access the Wework app within the 24-hour cancellation window. You can cancel your booking and receive a refund for the meeting room cost. Additionally, there is a 5-minute window right after booking to cancel any WeWork on-demand workspace and get a full refund. If needed, cancellation can also be processed through Xpendy, but with associated costs.

To be automatically refunded the cost of your room, desk, or office booking, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your reservation. For same day bookings, you have a 5 minute window immediately post booking to cancel any reservation and receive a full refund.
