When it comes to cancelling your Grasshopper account, the process is straightforward. Simply go to the Grasshopper website and contact support to initiate the cancellation. You'll be asked for your account number (which is your business phone number) and the account's 4-digit primary pin. This ensures a smooth cancellation process and allows you to receive your customer service record (CSR). Keep in mind that cancellation can also be done through Xpendy, but this option may incur some costs.
