To cancel your SMARTY Cashback, you have the flexibility to manage your account and payments independently through their self-serve network. Simply turn off auto-renew in your dashboard or the mobile app. This process gives you full control over your subscription. If preferred, cancellation is also possible through Xpendy, but this may involve additional costs. SMARTY Cashback allows you to easily handle cancellations through their website, empowering you to make decisions that suit your needs.
To do so, go to your online account and click menu, account settings and payment settings. You'll first need to switch off auto-renew and save these changes. Next, go back into payment settings and turn off "securely store payment details".
To keep it simple, once you've switched your services, you can contact our customer care team and request your refund.
