When canceling a Zipcar reservation on their website, you can get a refund if done with adequate notice. Zipcar does not impose extra charges for changes made in advance. Cancellations can be easily managed through Zipcar's platform. Alternatively, cancellation can also be arranged through Xpendy, but this may incur additional costs.
When you cancel your Zipcar membership, any future trips you have scheduled will be automatically canceled. Any remaining balance in your account will either be charged or credited to your credit card on file. Additional charges for trips, tolls, and violations will be applied as they are incurred. You can easily cancel your Zipcar membership through their website. Keep in mind that if you choose to cancel through Xpendy, there may be some associated costs.
If i return my zipcar early and end my trip, will i be refunded for unused time? No, you are charged at the time of booking for the duration booked. Trips which are ended early are not eligible for a prorated refund for unused time. Ending your trip will make the car available to be booked by others.
