To offer you extra security, we send the cancellation letters by registered post. A registered shipment is insured up to €50.00 and you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with the Track and Trace code and the exact date and time of dispatch immediately after sending your cancellation letter. This way you can track your letter and you will also receive a confirmation once the letter has been delivered (including the recipient’s signature). You can use this confirmation e-mail as proof of cancellation in case the shipment does not arrive, and your subscription continues.
