To cancel your Google Fiber service, simply log in to your Google Fiber account using your email and password. Once logged in, navigate to the account page and click on 'edit' under the account info card. From there, go to your profile page and select 'cancel fiber service'. It's a straightforward process that can be easily done through the Google Fiber website. If needed, cancellation can also be arranged through Xpendy, although this option may incur additional costs.

If you cancel your service, change your plan, or move to an area that is not yet eligible for gfiber internet yet, you'll have 60 days to return your devices. You can do this by bringing the equipment to: a fedex office store (free; no packaging required).
