When canceling Microsoft 365, keep in mind that deleting your subscription will lead to the immediate removal of your SharePoint Online data and content, including OneDrive. This process bypasses the expired and disabled statuses. Microsoft 365 offers a range of productivity tools and services, such as cloud storage and collaboration features, tailored to streamline work processes. To cancel your subscription directly through the Microsoft 365 website, log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions. Alternatively, Xpendy also offers cancellation services for Microsoft 365, albeit incurring certain costs.
On the services & subscriptions page, locate your microsoft 365 subscription and then select manage. Do one of the following: if you see a turn off recurring billing link, choose it to turn recurring billing off. If you see a cancel link, choose it to cancel the subscription.
