To cancel T-Mobile Internet service, you can do so through their website at any time. Cancellations are future dated to take effect at the end of your current bill cycle. Keep in mind that once canceled, voicemail, call histories, and messages will be deleted and cannot be restored. It is recommended to save any important voicemail messages before canceling. If you prefer, you can also cancel T-Mobile Internet through Xpendy, but this option incurs additional costs.
